Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta encapsulation is the process of a placenta being either steamed with lemon and ginger, then dehydrated, before grinding and encapsulating for Mother to consume (Traditional Chinese Medicine Inspired Method). The process takes two days, in the client's home for no more than two hours each day. Depending on the size of the placenta, Lexi will create between 75 – 250 capsules . Benefits include but are not limited to:balance to post-birth hormones, improvement in postpartum mood, increase lactation supply and aid recovery from birth. It should be noted that individual results may vary and each placenta encapsulation will be handled case by case.
